Never in the history of mankind has it been easier to make money and grow your business world wide.  In today’s online business world, there are many tasks that one must do to stay competitive.  The key to owning your market is to develop a key team by outsourcing most of your work.

Think about all the areas that you lack the expertise to take your business to the next level.  Most people accept this as the way business is done, while the top 3% find outsourcing partners to do those exact tasks in order to compete on a much larger scale. 

If you have heard the high end internet marketers (those making $ 15 million or more per year) speak of things you need to do to drive your business you probably felt overwhelmed.  Don’t be, what they did not tell you is that they do not do this themselves they outsource it overseas and have someone do it for them. 

The first step to controlling your business and exploding your profits is to create a list of your CEO Money Tasks.  Your CEO Money Tasks are the tasks within your business that you as the CEO must direct in order to maximize your profits and grow your business.  For each business there will be some CEO Money Tasks alike and some that are unique.  This list of tasks will be the most important list of tasks you have ever written down.

There is an old saying, "You are probably too busy earning a living to become wealthy!".  There is a lot of truth in this saying.  You as the CEO must step back and control your business and concentrate on making money and building your empire.  If you stay in the weeds, you probably won’t even see your competition coming. 

Your goal must be to work less and earn more money!  Hard work does not mean you are maximizing your income or revenue streams.  If you only have one income or revenue stream then you are in for a rough times.  You must begin right now to develop multiple income streams that compliment your current business.  By developing these additional income streams you will enhance your reputation and expertise.

The key will be for you to pick a small project (max of $ 75) and get your feet wet.  It needs to be something that makes you money not busy work.  In every business your goal is to be profitable as fast as possible.  Outsourcing is absolutely no different.

The single biggest factor that is holding people back from achieving their goals and dreams is they are trying to do everything!  Here is a secret….DON’T DO IT!  I do not care who you are or what knowledge you have, there is always someone that can do the job as good or better than you.  Get rid of the ego and outsource your busy work.

I deal with this everyday with my clients.  They feel that they need to do everything in their business in order to achieve success.  When in reality this is totally false.  You must be the person in charge directing all aspects of your business but you cannot do this when you are living in the weeds.

The first person you need to hire is a Virtual Assistant…Period.  Before hiring this person, you must develop a daily schedule of tasks to perform each day for your new virtual assistant.  This virtual assistant should be doing your busy work but must bring in income from these tasks immediately.  Some people want to hire them for a couple of months and then see money coming in….Absolutely the wrong idea.   They pay for their keep IMMEDIATELY. 

If they cannot perform your requirements get rid of them and find another.  Your success depends on finding a free thinker that is dedicated to growing your business.  If you do your homework prior to hiring them you should have a 85% or higher success rate with your first person you hire.  I personally look for someone that I can train to later take over as project manager as the business grows.  Once you have this person trained on one task, give them another and another.  You should be challenging them each and every day.

Make sure you communicate with them on a daily basis.  Have them send you an email at the end of their day.  They should be telling you what they accomplished for the day and what they will do tomorrow.  Track this against the goals that you have set for them and keep them on the right track.  Over communicate until they understand your thinking and your style.  This will be critical to building a rock solid relationship with them.
